Thank you for shopping with Carsmotology Clothing. All items are made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printify. Because each product is custom printed specifically for your order, production times apply before shipping.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days before shipping.

Processing time includes:

  • Printing

  • Quality checks

  • Packaging

Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.


Shipping Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3 to 7 business days

  • International: 7 to 21 business days

Shipping time depends on the carrier and destination. These are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other regional carriers depending on destination and logistics.

Carrier selection is determined by our fulfillment partner.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already gone into production or shipped, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:

  • Check with neighbors

  • Check with your local carrier

  • Contact the carrier directly

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist with a resolution.


International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Brokerage fees

These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Customs processing times may cause additional delays beyond our control.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather

  • Customs processing

  • Natural disasters

  • Labor strikes

  • High-volume periods

  • Events outside our control


Multiple Shipments

Because products may be fulfilled at different facilities, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
