Refund Policy
At Carsmotology Threads, every item is made to order through our production partner, Printify. Because products are custom printed specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
That said, we stand behind the quality of our products and will absolutely make things right if there is an issue.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include:

A clear photo of the issue

A brief description of the problem
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Lost in Transit
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement if necessary.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already gone into production or shipped, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within a short window after purchase. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
