How long does shipping take?

All items are made to order. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days. After that, U.S. shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Are your products made to order?

Yes. Every item is custom printed specifically for your order through our fulfillment partner. This allows us to reduce waste and maintain quality control.

Can I return or exchange my item?

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a sizing chart. We recommend reviewing measurements carefully before ordering, as we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect size selection.

When will I receive tracking information?

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries. International shipping times vary and customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

My tracking says delivered, but I did not receive my package. What should I do?

Please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If you are unable to locate the package, contact us and we will help guide you through the next steps.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be modified or canceled shortly after being placed. Once production begins, changes are no longer possible.

We accept major credit and debit cards along with other payment options available at checkout through Shopify.
